They were doing curbside purchases/exchanges a week or 2 ago. Protests could have changed that(they might have decided to close again). They were good with extending return policies for me due to quarantine closure. Hopefully they'd extend you the same courtesy.
With all that's going on, I don't think so. Wait and keep calling, that's your best option right now.
