I saw quite a few dogs on leashes here today, so I'm pretty sure no one is enforcing the no pets allowed policy if there is one.

Per their website: Pets are not allowed on Saturday in East River State Park, due to New York State Park rules. Only ADA companion animals will be permitted. Pets, including dogs, are welcome at the Sunday market in Prospect Park.

It's a real mix of things. I've really enjoyed the BBQ from Moo's Craft BBQ and the musubi from Mama Musubi. The best thing you can do is go with a sense of adventure.

You need to apply to be a vendor through the Smorgasburg website. Smorgasburg requires a health permit to be a vendor so you'll need to be prepping or producing in a commercial kitchen.

I saw a few dogs out but to be honest it's really hot to take your poor dog with you. As for beaches I think you want to be specific as to which city you want since there is torrelabce, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, santa Monica, Venice, El Segundo and Playa Del Rey.

The market is open on Saturdays and Sundays. They open at 11am the two days. But Saturday is open until 8pm and Sunday only until 6pm

Best is Saturday in Williamsburg because you'll get a higher amount of vendors and views of Manhattan along with shops nearby. Prospect Park has a few less vendors, but you get a beautiful park to relax in. Dumbo is mostly flea market but with less food vendors. Williamsburg Smorgasburg is the full experience.
