No rentals. But you can bring ATVs, dirt bikes, off road trucks and jeeps. The on-site Motor Mart sells dirt bike tires, off-road gear, food and drinks, Etc.

Nope Carnegie is a BYOB park. Try Pismo Beach if you want to try to rent some ATVs and and have a blast writing in the sand
There are no rentals there. There is a shop on location that sells motorcycle parts and food.
