Park remains open some trail closures due to some off trail riders. But like above this park is state owned not federal
No! Carnegie SVRA is a State Park, not federally controlled National Park. Carnegie is open 365 days a year, unless there is major flooding or fires. Trails are subject to closure if more than 1/3 inch of rain falls within the last 12 hours or if off trail riding has occured. Valley floor and tracks are always open.
