Different Chuy's have it on their menu as a full-time dish, special, or not at all. It's one of my favorites!!! Luckily, our local location always has it on the menu! Remember their slogan, "Once you've seen one Chuy's, you've seen one Chuy's."
It's a daily special. It's only on either Tuesday or wednesdays, I cannot remember. Once they run out, they are out. I highly recommended it.
