It's not terrible. It's going to cost more if she is in heat, and if you don't already have your own cone. Amazon sells donuts (blow up cones) that are more comfortable than the hard plastic light shade kind. The techs and Dr's are very nice there. Give them a call :)

I know I got 2 of my 3 done there. As post above stated. Its always cheaper if your female is not in heat. Central Valley had always had Affordable Office Vist Prices. They get you on x-rays, blood work which much is done on site. Central Valley quoted me $900 for a full hysterectomy. My purebred Jack Russell Terrier got pyometra which is very dangerous to unspayed females. In this situation, I almost swiped my credit card when I decided to take her home as I have battled pyometra before. We beat it that time. Following year she got it again and we did have to do it. My daughter handled it for me and it ended up costing almost double. Always check the Central Valley First. I've always liked them. I do have a couple of complaints but not going to waste the time voicing them as they have done more for me and my pets. There was just a few other things I would wish they would do for regulars and be a little more compassionate about it
