I lost my cell phone, this can not show the bar code for entrance...and can not print out the tickets for entry. I have a print out of tickets(?)that I was able to get...but the website info. says that won't work. Solution?

You can also wait until you go to the show and get the tickets printed at the door at the SAFE CU Performing Arts Center at 1301 L Street.

The entrance to the ballet is actually on the O street side. You can also go to the box office at the theater and have them print your tickets for you before the show.
