Convention center is open and holding events only has small minor cosmetic issues to resolve

The theater is open and lovely

Convention center was open September 2021 hosted SacAnime comic con. Looked complete. Some small and some big meeting rooms upstairs, super big room ground floor, now has escalators in 3 places and some tables with chairs upstairs for hanging out.
