We were going to buy a complete one last weekend. And although the skateboard wasn't in a wrapped package. We were buying a complete skateboard. He was going to build it on the spot. Which I think is really cool. Excelent customer service. We ended up buying the deck and will go back for the other parts.
Most likely no, everytime I go in there each part is sold separately and I have not seen a complete.
