Hi Betty, Yes! We do have a current special of 15% off 6 months for many of our available units! We have a $15 administration fee and also a $9 monthly insurance fee that is mandatory. As Jay stated, our gate hours are from 6 AM to 9 PM every day and you can access your unit any time during those hours. If we do raise our rates at all, we would only do so after a year of renting with us and only once a year from then on out - if that. Some people confuse discounts ending with rent increases. Tracy - that's not what I am experiencing after renting it since over a year ago. Are you sure it wasn't your promotional price ended then a dreadful annual hike afterward? I have rented in more than one storage facilities. Rate hike is not unheard of. I still think it is a good place to rent according to your needs. I rented a different site for regular room and use Trojan for special items that is best left in climate controlled room.
They have awesome gate hours - from 6 AM to 9 PM every single day. I know when I rented, I received a move in promotion. The staff is really nice. I'm sure if you call them, they will answer all of your questions. 😊
