There was still a small train ride when I was there in April 2017, but if you are looking for a full sized train ride, it is a long walk from the historic folsom light rail station. There is a bicycle path that starts across from the old power station and takes you along side the little league field so it is a nice walk if the 14736 Wineridge Road, San Diego, CA 92129, US weather is nice.
