I am a competitive swimmer so would I be able to work on laps, turns, and starts? Mainly starts, I haven't yet found a pool that will allow me to dive, and practice backstroke starts.

Yes there multiple lap lanes and I got her for which you can hold onto you also have a diving option into the lanes and just a normal driving area

We are still open for lap swim. For the rest of the month of September we are open from 11:45am - 1:15pm, Monday - Friday, Tuesday & Thursday evening 6 - 7:30pm, and Saturday 10:30am - Noon. We will be doing a large renovation project starting October 1st is which hours will change and programs will be offered at the Vista Del Lago High School pool. Amy Plaster, there are about 5 lanes to swim in, with diving starts and a gutter to hold on to for your backstroke starts.
