Make sure you join the Regency rewards program and have them scan that card every single purchase while there. Takes about two trips with snack bar purchases to get a free ticket or popcorn.
Cant remember the exact proce, but pretty much same as any other theater. They do have a deal where you buy an extra large popcorn and you get free refills throughout the movie.
