Use at your own risk. They were incredibly nice and seemed to do a thorough job. They pointed out an issue with my car's paint and I believed it wasn't their fault, initially, so I had that part of my car repainted. However, the paint came off my husband's car, too, after one wash with them. We inquired about what products they used, and they responded briefly. The owner refused to discuss if any of their products could have caused damage. I ended service with them. When I asked for the texts to stop, I still received more. The owner proceeded to send me rude texts because my husband requested to speak with him about it and inquired if they had insurance. They weren't willing to even discuss the issue. The owner said it must be because we didn't take care of our cars. However, we have always had our cars professionally detailed and take excellent care of them. We only needed a new detailer because the one who did a spectacular job on our cars for years retired and moved away. Use at your own risk. They are polite until you question something. I took screenshots of the texts he sent. He continued to send harassing texts after I asked him to stop several times.

I called and they had an attitude with me on the phone. Another review said that and they had a nasty, defensive response. Seems childish and unprofessional to me.
