They have two types of rooms available for rent one being a regular room with tv bed mini fridge and restroom they rent for$35 a night and then they have rooms with kitchenettes they rent for $45 a night
Some rooms are $40 a night and $200 a week. Others range $35 a night $180 a week. All the rooms are in great shape. Management , housekeeping, and maintenance are constantly working to improve and maintain a comfortable and clean environment for guests. Visitors are welcome but asked to be respectful and keep their visit to a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise they too will be considered paying guests and required to pay for their stay. Privacy of guests is valued however drug use and or sale is prohibited no constant coming and going of all hours if violated it will result in immediate eviction without refund.
