Ok thank you for your opinion but does anyone know the answer to the question? I have a family member who gets incredibly ill from consuming it but would like to eat some good chinese food.
Msg has a bad reputation but there is no truth or medical proven facts. Lately, I have seen quite a few articles about msg, not bring bad for you and a lot of everyday foods and snacks have msg with no one complaining of msg problems.
