The black card allows you to bring one friend at a time about $20/Month. The regular is $10/month and there is a one time charge you pay after 2months about $36(not sure the exact figure) maintenance fee i think different from your monthly payment.

I pay 19.99 a month for my Black Card but it may have gone up a dollar or two, promotions vary a few bucks here and there. The black card gives you access to all the facilities services plus you can bring someone free every time you work out.
If you have the Black Card, it's 21 a month and it allows you to bring a guest.
