I just drove by, it doesn't look close to complete. Contemplating joining elsewhere
Free water? I understand thete had been no permit issued by Edwardsville to be opened..its called occupancy permit.
The bright side is that it's going to be a lot bigger, and more machines will be available. They are open during construction. They are giving away free water bottles because there's no water fountain during construction.
It is open but still being worked on.
