usually sometime june but it was always anyones ģuess as that pàrk has always been plagued with water and sewage problems the séven yeàrs i lived there the water would be shut off average about 3 ir more times a month for most of a day each time always unscheduled minumum notice sewage issues as well very inconvenient and never reflective anytime the the water or sewer bill was due ( charged by the park naturally) would you be comfortable with not only the inconvenience of no water on such a frequent basis ? sewage backed up often ? and expected and forced to pay for services that were not available? if you take the time to do a little mathematical figuring ,the Carritas corporation that owns the park is listed as None profit? so taxes are a minimum for them ,every resident is forced to fill out an annual income /expenditure report that that company uses as a means to pay even less taxes claiming it is lowincome housing so it gets subsidized funds via governmen now
Usually memorial weekend
