Whine about it why don't you? If you don't like it, then Chipotle is right down the street which is worse than Qdoba.
Which store? I'm sure if you chat with a manager they will comp you for dissatisfaction. Honestly during the holidays it gets busy. And it sucks that often they get busy and can't attend every need but they are making sure to get to their responsibility. Where as the general public likely to be the cause of the mess is the problem usually. Maybe attack them for not acting right.
