Has anybody else had a bad experience with applebee's other than us? Went to our neighborhood applebee's with our family. The service was absolutely terrible, food cold, no drinks, had to ask. Only bright spot, the sun came out that day!

My last experience was very good but I did not go at a busy time. The food is really good as well and lots of healthy choices.

The manager questioned me when i called him over to check are under done pasta and red burger like it was my fault that it wasnt cooked right.

One of the managers gave me a dirty look and mouthed off to me because he asked how our food was and I told him that mine was really good. But then he gave me a dirty look and mouthed off to me. If I wouldn't have wanted to stay out of jail, I would have knocked his teeth out. I should have just asked him how he felt about his job.

Yes. Pretty much had to ask for silverware. Took forever for our server to come take out order. He was kind of rude at first because he thought we were someone else's table. The food was okay but I've had a lot better

I have had bad service when the place was busy. Couldn't get the server to come by enough. Cold food. So when it's very busy, I move on

I'm a big fan of our Applebee's. I haven't been since December, but hopefully the service hasn't declined that bad since then!

There was a manager change about 6-10 months ago and ever since, the service and for has been horrible. If you're lucky to get a server who has been there for years, it's good, but the new servers make me want to just got up and walk out before i place my order.

Pretty much every experience with them in Kansas has been awful. I let them know about a terrible one and they gave me a credit for half of what i spent and when I got there the staff had no idea and when they figured it out they still treated us bad...I don't think a single employee there knows what a smile is
