They have something on their website about it. But when I went to the store I heard someone ask if they're recycling TVs and they said they didn't do that anymore.

Anything here is public, so be sure to not give any personal information out here, as anyone could access it. Second, I can imagine a number of things that could make this happen, but I'd need more information to determine the how and why, to be able to control and stop the behavior. 1. What are the laptops used for? Are they both family used, is one for work, ect. 2. How and where are you making these new folders? The location and method seems like a silly question, but it will help me to narrow down the list of possiblities that could cause this 3. Final question for now, but does this occur both ways, and if it does, are you wanting to stop it on both ends, or keep it only one way?

Geeksquad gets no commission so they will try there best to tell you they can't fix it. Really it's the worst group of techs I have ever known. I am tech and found that out after going there to ask about problem my computer had. The tech informed me that I would need to buy a new computer when telling him about the issue the bios had. And after about 2 hours of sitting in the store using there charger I fixed my bios and heard the techs at the geek squad turn away 10+ potential customers claiming that there issue was not repairable. When in all actuality it just would of took a lil research. So your better off throwing your device in the trash then taking to the weak squad lol.

They don't preform repairs on iPhones or Apple products. You have to go directly to Apple for that. You can purchase Apple care from them but you go through Apple for repairs
