Can I do a wedding ceremony w/9 ppl in the park near a lg. tree on 9/19? We wld only be there for maybe 45 mins & would like to put a few decorations on & around a lg tree for pics, would that be ok? Do I need to call & get permission?

I would think you could, yes i would call just to make sure.

The pavilion near the brick restrooms can be reserved. City clerk or Parks & Rec people should have answer.

I saw birthday parties with some decorations every now and then. Its better to call park office. They will surely help you with required information.
