Best place in the world for fried chicken not a romantic dinner or a private dinner sorry
Willie Mae's set up is very casual and has a very small dining area. Reminds me of my grandmothers kitchen/breakfast room. Not really a good set up for a private/intimate dinner. It only has 6 tables that seat 4 people I believe. The tables are set very close to each other as space is very limited. You will also want to check their hours as they close early around 5pm. I usually have a late lunch or get early dinner there. It is also better to eat the chicken there while it is hot.
Wouldn't go there. Chicken is not that good as people say, and way over priced
Depends on your version of romantic...it is amazing food, in a very casual dining atmosphere.
They do have a room in the back by the "bar." They don't serve drinks. But, the evening hour may be an issue. You should give them a call.
