Do they offer any sorts of "virtual" appointments? This may help for folks who may need a diagnoses but are 1-2 hours drive away. Some animals just the car ride can cause stress. This seems like it would be a great opportunity!

We drove almost 2 hours in the middle of the night got home at 3:30am. Well worth the drive as where we live there are no emergency vets.

No they don't, I had to drive from an hour away to get my cat checked at midnight, only to end up putting her down.
