I'm interested in buying a lawn tractor and self-propelled lawn mower and understand there is a $79 delivery fee. Do the mowers come assembled and is there tax in addition to fee?

Yes there is tax (but not on the fee). Also talk to Lowes. Their prices are higher but they might include delivery.
