If they do not provide you with one, you are allowed to find someone who is willing to be trained or is trained in home care services that you need, they do have to provide this person with pay for their services if you two can not pay for them out of pocket. I had to do my uncle's dialysis years ago is the only reason I know these rules and laws... I hope this helps you two in your decision
