My Gf put in an application there, told her she could start with 1 Covid shot, gets it then goes to orientation then is told she can’t start till she gets the 2nd (which is a 3 week wait period) They lost her important personal information and said “wE muST haVe ShReddEd iT”. Also made her sign papers stating she was told her pay while wasn’t. Overall horrible management and would not recommend to work there

Just getting Mom settled in. She was admitted yesterday. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t even get a nurse to pick up the phone after my father passed. I could hear her screaming to the assistant, who seemed terrified and should not have been put in such a position, “no - don’t give me the phone… I don’t know anything.” Seriously? I understand there are privacy laws and such but how about a little compassion given the fact my father passed away about an hour before. Would it be awful to A) not scream at her support staff and B) take 2 min to compassionately tell me that? Unacceptable. As a facility and human being.
