That is against hippa law. They are not allowed to request any information.
Well that wasn't very nice Jason. Yes you need a letter stating as to what your issues are that prohibit you from wearing a mask. Walmart does have pick up service and even delivery if that would help you. As far as hiring a lawyer you don't have any information that states why you medically can't wear a mask. Once you get this proof and Walmart or anyone else denies you entrance then you should contact a lawyer. Good luck with all of this and stay safe.
Get a note or letter stating that. Nobody knows your health issues except you. Good luck with the lawyer guy. Pretty sure he will laugh while hanging up on your case.
WalMart has no right to request a person's private health information. Who the hell do they think they are? I swear to God, the whole world has gone completely totalitarian.
