so i filed my taxes march 17th. I mailed them and they said it would take 3 weeks to get my refund well i still have not received my refund and im i need of that money. Where is my refund?

IRS is still working 2019 returns. Due to covid and the shutdown we are behind. I filed my taxes on Feb 16th and don't have mine yet. We are very sorry for the delay we are working as fast as we can. Do not send in another return or you will just cause more delay to your refund. I can only say be patient there is no eta on returns right now. 3 weeks was a pre covid time frame.
