I filed my taxes on 1/29/19 and they have been showing as accepted, processing ever since. I was supposed to receive my refund estimated by 2/19/19. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I get to a person when I call the 800 number?!

Where’s My Refund? will be updated with projected deposit dates for most early EITC and ACTC refund filers on February 23. These taxpayers will not see a refund date on Where's My Refund? ‎or through their software packages until then. The IRS, tax preparers and tax software will not have additional information on refund dates, so these taxpayers should not contact or call them about refunds before the end of February.

I have been trying to get in contact IRS about amended tax but it all automatic service. I have already IRS2Go and it said it has been send but I have not received it. Then is since April Please can get someone to help me!
