Same here! I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for mine and they said they will notify the supervisor and they will call us but no call. Nothing.
I moved in on December 11th. We are now at the end of March and no mail box key either. I went there 2 weeks ago to pick up my mail and still no key. Was told someone would contact me last week.
