Lord Yathnon

One star is far too many for this travesty of a post office. In two weeks they have misdelivered two of my packages. The first time I tried to go through the online help desk, only to have my case prematurely closed with no package found. Furthermore, the email that was supposed to contain an explanation instead had the filler text that instructed the employee to delete it, and they failed even that trivial task. I demanded to speak to the manager, a woman named Marilyn, and she did not even offer so much as a "sorry", refused to answer my questions, and walked away from me while I was mid sentance. It disgusts me that the only way to fix this situation would be to move to an entirely differant city, and i'm certain I will have more lost mail in the future.

I've been in here multiple times to drop off packages at the desk and the ladies working there have been wonderful. They've answered my questions, are always quick and responsive, and I haven't had any problems. Shout out especially to Danielle, she's the sweetest every time I visit!
