Why would anyone put a microwave on a very low shelf, making people get down on their hands and knees to warm food they have purchased? What an idiot! Will report this to corporate!
When and why did Panera change the cream cheese they use for bagels? It's not whipped anymore and is almost gelatinous. It's awful. The honey walnut flavor is bland, too.
