That's a hella sketchy question man call and find out they probably probably won't tell you for their safety and I would agree with them
Normally 4-6 pm unless it's a trial and each one is diffrent
Did you call the pd? It is your responsibility to report gunfire. They cannot possibly be everywhere a gun is fired when it happens. And just because you did not see them patrolling doesn't mean they weren't. They just weren't on your street.
