Allowed to have one, yes. Being able to use it, no. It's a safety hazard and it's kind of like sneaking a sack full of cheeseburgers and fries into a movie theater. They have consessions and its decent food for a drive in.
I know you use to be able to. But i don't think they let you do that anymore.
