We take a portable radio with us.
Go to play/app store type in fm radio and youll have plenty to choose from. Then tune into the station they tell you when you pay at the gate.
Unless your phone has built in FM Tuner, i don't believe you can use your phone. Your car radio is the typical solution, though a battery powered radio or FM capable bluetooth speakers would do the trick too. The latter options keep you from wearing out your car battery.
I just have an fm radio app on my phone. Came installed on the phone. Have to use headphones though for it to work.

Simple radio app works... One that allows station tuning...
Unless your phone has an FM tuner, you can't get sound from your phone. We use an ION speaker. It has a 50 hour battery life and good sound. They cost around $100, but is worth not having your car battery die. You can also park near the back and use the supplied speakers. We typically blast our speaker loud enough for our clan and the cars surrounding us.
