I don't believe they do treatments. A proper veterinarian would be your best bet.
Go to a vet that specializes in exotic pets only. They will have a much longer life. A regular vet doesn't always know a lot about guinea pigs. Just the basics.
They do health checks (nail clipping and general checks, but not a vet visit) for both rescued and non rescued piggies. If you live in the area they recommend the Animal Hospital of Thousand Oaks on Avenida de Los Arboles.
