Go up there and they should be able to help.
I have switched tickets for different showtimes and they have been accommodating but I did have there and do it in person.
Seeing that their phone sometimes is busy you would have to go up there and check I'm sure they will be able to accommodate you
Not💯....I believe you can switch ticket, call ahead or look online to see policy
