Yes if u use the regal webster app u can reserve a seat 2 a movie but u will have 2 sign up for a movie pass account. Luckily they are giving a free trial, the only thing u will pay is a 57 cent fee, but that will guarantee u a seat. And NO they are open but u need 2 show proof of vaccination.
Maybe they closed down because of virus!!!
