No free parking. On street parking, pay meter. There is a parking garage located inside of the Harper court building. You can enter on Lake Park just past 53rd (Before McDonalds). Exit the garage on Harper Ave.
There is paid parking across the street. Otherwise you can take your chance parking on the street
