Can you cash a cashiers check at Walmart

Not that i know of. However, i don't see why they wouldn't, if you are making a purchase.

NO, Under NO circumstances does walmart honor cashiers checks. The check MUST be from a company with your name printed onto the check. No handwritten checks whatsoever and NO personal checks. They CASH 2 check types, Payroll checks and Government issued checks.
