Fatimah, I had a similar experience. Not nearly as long, but an inconvenience nonetheless. No professionalism to be found at that establishment at all. I'm uncertain about other locations, but I had an episode or two at the old Evergreen Plaza. I must admit however I spoke to corporate during my last visit and they were anxious to appease me. You won't get your time back, but I believe if you call the corporate office they will attempt to compensate you. Give it a try can't hurt...
