I will never go back to lids in the Fordcity mall I was there waiting from 11 to 4 waiting on the store manager that never showed up to work and kept lying to the customers I was so mad I had to get a refund my time and my whole day was wasted.

I never had a issue with lids store. My daughter almost 22 and she introduced the store to me. I get gifts for others there while shopping for my daughter hats before. I'm satisfied and i wish everyone can be

Fatimah, I had a similar experience. Not nearly as long, but an inconvenience nonetheless. No professionalism to be found at that establishment at all. I'm uncertain about other locations, but I had an episode or two at the old Evergreen Plaza. I must admit however I spoke to corporate during my last visit and they were anxious to appease me. You won't get your time back, but I believe if you call the corporate office they will attempt to compensate you. Give it a try can't hurt...
