Hi Dennis! This issue could be a number of things. We typically don't diagnose problems like this without actually seeing the unit and doing tests of our own. Please call our office and set up an appointment to get one of our technicians out to see what's really going on!
Hi, Dennis. I'm not an expert on this. But, I was told that the older units were less efficient than the newer models. Hence, support for the older models is likely to be more costly - in repair and to your pocket book. Campbell & Co has the best answer. I was very pleased with their professionalism. -Eddie ππππππ
