Questions & Answers

My heat stopped working in my home sometime yesterday. I do have a gas fireplace, so it’s about 58 in the house, but we’re going to need someone to come look at our furnace. Should we just wait until Monday at 8am?

You should not have to live with that. I would not hesitate to call Campbell emergency.

Nichole Morris | Sep 11, 2018

There is not a way to access account information from outside the office. You can call in to 545-9848 if you have any questions regarding your account. They will be closed Labor Day but are regularly open 8-5 if you go in, or 7-6 for the phone lines, Monday-Friday.

According to Google, my central air has a freon leak. In the afternoons the indoor temp is in the 80's. Cooler then outside. Anyway there is ice on the coils inside. We were old that freon is really expensive especially for older units. Is this true?

Campbell & Company | Sep 11, 2018

Hi Dennis! This issue could be a number of things. We typically don't diagnose problems like this without actually seeing the unit and doing tests of our own. Please call our office and set up an appointment to get one of our technicians out to see what's really going on!
