Was there today. NO pets allowed inside means NO it is not pet friendly. NO dog run/park anywhere on the ground! This is a glorified AM/PM As far as their statement cheapest gas from Barstow to Vegas is no correct, they were $3.69/gal. That’s about .60/gal more than Barstow
At the time I was there I did not see any pets. Sorry I could notg give you a definite answer.
