I agree with Thomas. I'd add that the place looked impeccably clean. Staff/patrons all seemed to be aware of protocols and were adhering.
Seemed well practiced to me...staff all wearing masks,seating is distanced.glass partition between food line and patrons,new plate every trip through buffet,new glass every drink refill,patrons all wore masks while moving about restaurant best I could tell and removed them at their designated table to you eat...that's what I observed.
