I am pretty sure you have to be a member and go on the waiting list for a slip. The website has a send us a message feature. You might try reaching the dock director there.
There is a Members Only waiting list for the docks at Melbourne Yacht Club, and for a boat that size, it usually takes a year or two to get a slip. You might check out Melbourne Harbor Marina if what you are looking for is just dockage.
