Never had a problem here. You can simply call your credit card company. It's not a big deal.
I've always had a great experience at Maple Block and never any issue with payment. I believe there has been some new hires so would like to think your issue was a genuine error by an overwhelmed newbie as opposed to something more sinister. I believe they are between General Managers and would think that is the reason for a slow response as I've always found Ryan and the team to genuinely care.
