Their phone customer service is really bad the machine always says they’re closed or they’re busy and to leave a message today is Thursday 8:45am which states they’re open but not according to the phone machine I always have to go in to schedule an appointment so if you have time for this well it’s the right place for you btw you can’t make an appointment online because it tells you to check in person availability so I don’t know what’s the point of that service either

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2021

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Are you sure there hospital and not a clinic Because I found out if your pet is really ill they won't seal if hes injured they won't save only for vaccinations in general exams

They will do medical procedures by appointment. Banfield is not the place for walk-in services like you would get at a pet ER.

Do they have an avian vet?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2021

Hello - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We suggest contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 10, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
